Winter Photo Contest for Kids

Little Traverse Conservancy has teamed up with Bearcub Outfitters to offer a Winter Photo Contest for young people in grades 3-12. Photos in either digital or print format that have been taken on a Conservancy preserve or natural area will be judged within 3 ages groups with a $50 gift certificate prize for each age group from Bearcub Outfitters. Regular Night Skiing Begins
January 4th - March 13th, 2010

Location: Nubs Nob Ski Area

Regular Night Skiing begins and runs every Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday untill March 13th from 6 to 10 pm on Friday and Saturday nights and 5 till 9 pm on Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday nights. We are also open for holiday night skiing on Sunday January 17 and February 14 from 6 to 10 pm.

LTBB Pow Wow Committee Spaghetti Dinner

Location: LTBB Governmental Center

The LTBB Pow Wow Committee is hosting a spaghetti dinner and silent auction fundraiser on Saturday, March 6 from 4:00 pm until 8:00 pm at the LTBB Governmental Commons Area. We will be showing a movie starting at 4:00 pm at which time people can view the silent auction items and start bidding on them. Dinner is at 6:00 pm with the bidding to conclude at 7:30 pm. Cost for the spaghetti dinner is $8.00 for adults and $4.00 for children. All proceeds go toward the 19th Annual Odawa Homecoming Pow Wow to be held August 14 and 15, 2010.
